We are located on a 500-acre working farm between Granbury and Glen Rose, deep in the heart of Texas. Supported by scholarships from compassionate friends like you, boys and girls (ages 6 to 18) live at Happy Hill Farm year-round in small group homes overseen by dedicated house parents.
The students find healthy exercise in raising and caring for the farm animals. Chickens, rabbits, donkeys, and even Texas’s trademark longhorn cattle teach the children responsibility and kindness. For over four decades, students have spent time riding and caring for our horses, learning important character traits such as responsibility, hard work, and kindness. And through our 4-H and FFA programs, students build self-confidence, as they show their animals across Texas, often leading to college scholarship opportunities.
Every child at Happy Hill Farm and NCTA is encouraged to develop strong character and a deep personal faith.

The students are led in worship and Bible teaching in our weekly chapel services. And our resident parents, faculty, and volunteers share hope and unconditional love through Bible studies, youth ministry events, and one-on-one pastoral care.
Before we launch them into the world, students in the upper classes have the chance to go on mission trips during the summer, putting their faith into practice. With your support, we are helping young men and women reach their God-given potential. Ultimately, they become leaders in their communities and churches—men and women of integrity who will indelibly impact the world.
Sports at Happy Hill Farm help children develop physical skills, learn teamwork, discipline, and how to compete in a fair manner.
