The faculty is comprised of a Principal, teachers, coaches, secretaries, librarian, music director, and a variety of ancillary personnel. The teaching faculty are hired for their outstanding teaching skills as well as their ability to deal effectively with at-risk students. Their priorities include helping students develop self-esteem, initiative, and self-control, as well as a solid academic education.
